Car Accidents in Hawaii
Some motor vehicle collisions are caused by a single outside influence over which no driver has any control. It is far more common, however, for auto collisions to be the result of several different factors that come together to create a single, dangerous event.
Although it is true that, once in a great while, no one is to blame, an overwhelming number of serious car accidents are caused by negligent actions on the part of one or both drivers.
When someone behind the wheel of an object that has the power to kill is careless, irresponsible, or distracted for even a second, the chances of them killing an innocent victim or leaving a victim with critical injuries are quite high.
Multiple types of negligence put thousands of innocent people in harm’s way each and every day, including joggers, bicyclists, pedestrians, children, and even other motorists and their passengers.
