Car Accidents in Hawaii
A Hawaii vehicle accident lawyer who has years of experience learning and working with our state-specific laws and regulations can recommend the most pragmatic way to secure the financial compensation you desperately need after a serious car accident. Our duty is to take the negligent driver to task for the injuries and losses they have caused you.
If your accident left you with considerable injuries and hospital bills equaling $5,000 or more or left you permanently handicapped or disfigured, you may have grounds to seek financial recovery from the driver who was at fault.
Hawaii abides by no-fault auto insurance regulations so, generally speaking, you will be expected to file a claim with your own insurance company to claim remuneration for your medical expenses with no regard given to how the accident occurred.
The personal injury lawyers at Leavitt, Yamane & Soldner have years of practice managing these kinds of cases and can effectively walk you through the process.
