MR. JAMES T. LEAVITT JR.: Our philosophy is to concentrate in just one area of practice. And that's the representation of persons who were seriously injured by the fault of others. That means we don't do divorce cases, or wills and trusts. We don't do real property. We don't do employment discrimination. All we do is focus on this one area, and by doing that we want to make sure we haven't spread ourselves too thin, and we can focus on the law that pertains to this area, we can understand injury and injury causation. We don't represent insurance companies or corporations, so at the end of the day we can say that we have helped real people solve real problems.
