JIM LEAVITT

Founding partner, Jim Leavitt, served in the United States Marine Corps before starting his legal practice in 1974. Mr. Leavitt received the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethics from Martindale-Hubbell, and is a certified civil trial specialist by the National Board of Civil Trial Advocacy.

JOHN YAMANE

Honolulu native John Yamane has spent the majority of his career successfully litigating personal injury cases. He joined Jim Leavitt in 1981 and is devoted to protecting the rights of injured victims in Hawaii.

WOODY SOLDNER

After earning his law degree from the University of Kansas, Woody Soldner joined Jim Leavitt and John Yamane in 1991 to work on behalf of individuals injured by another person’s negligence. Since then, he has handled all types of complex and serious personal injury cases.
