From his first law job as a legal services attorney, through opening and
running his own successful law firm, to obtaining outstanding recoveries
for his clients at Leavitt, Yamane & Soldner, Mike Cruise has gained
the reputation as a skilled, caring and hard-working advocate for his
clients. “It is truly humbling to be trusted by a person to help
them get through what is often the worst thing that has ever happened
to them," Mike believes. This belief has motivated him to achieve
landmark results in the courtroom and successful settlements out of the
courtroom that have made a real difference in his clients’ lives
by obtaining the money necessary for future medical care, home care and
other needs and losses caused by the wrongful injuries or deaths of his
clients. He has recovered many millions of dollars for these needs of
his clients. Mike Cruise also strongly believes that if wrong-doers who
hurt people and ruin lives are not held fully responsible for the damage
they do, it is likely to happen again, making our community a less safe
place to live.
If it is necessary to take a case to trial to get fairness for his client
and ensure that our community is a safe place, it is known that Mike Cruise
will do that without hesitation. This willingness to take a case to trial
when it is necessary, and the success he has had in doing so, is one of
the things that sets Mike apart from many other lawyers. His reputation
and record of success often help his clients avoid trial by motivating
the insurance companies to make fair settlement offers, that they may
not make to other lawyers, since they know he will not back down or look
for another lawyer to take the case to trial for him if it does not settle.
“Having the experienced team at Leavitt, Yamane & Soldner behind
me, ready to go when duty calls,” Mike feels, “makes us that
much more prepared to hold the line for a fair outcome and do the job
that needs to be done, every time.”
